Now cruising on Queen Anne in October after having to change itinerary and ship when finding out excursions at three different ports on previously booked cruise were no longer suitable due to land based company changing their conditions, ie less mobile no longer could do trips seems new vehicle insurance rules made us too expensive.

I remember when I was around 9 years old we drove past a field heading towards Alsford from Winchester and there was a beautiful crop circle in a field. Im now nearly 58, but remember seeing it and thinking how did the farmer make that. I do believe that we're not alone in this universe and we have been visited by another species
@SolentShips8 күн бұрын
There was often good crop circles around Winchester back in the day, Shipmate.
@AngieNewman-t5p7 күн бұрын
@SolentShips Your definitely right on that one. I've always wondered if it's because Winchester used to be the capital of England

No, I don't think it beats a boat, Shipmate.

I do have to say that this is absolute rubbish because regardless of whether the are down or not this would not be able shove the rear end up in the air unless there was anything still attached between the lorry and the trailer and if the landing legs were not down to prevent this happening the front of the trailer would just drop straight down to the floor
@SolentShips12 күн бұрын
From what I could see shipmate, there was a very heavy piece of machinery at the very front of the trailer. When the tractor moved off, all the weight was in front of the legs.

This wouldn't have happened if he had set his return to home behaviour to a higher altitude.
@SolentShips12 күн бұрын
Yes and no shipmate. At that point in port, there is a NFZ what is limited to 70m. Some ships have a higher airdraft than 70m. But yes, in general you are correct.
@jezhayes10 күн бұрын
@SolentShips who says there is a 70m altitude limit? It's not on any flight restriction map I've seen, and googling "70m drone limit Southampton water" doesn't return any results for it. I fly over the water and will continue to use the full 120m until someone can show me the restriction that says I can't.

If this is the support vessel which is his actual main yacht. So much misinformation on google

I think it is a support vessel for a more than one super yatch shipmate. Information is vague.
