Why dont you include warm up and cool down? Good way to get injured with going rtight into squats. It would only make your videos about 5 minutes longer. Just a suggestion and switch up your moves.

Hello dear, this workout includes warm up. Here you won't find squats, its an standing ABS training, which includes warm up. For other training, you can find an workout video, which is designed for warming up before every workout.

Workout post warmup: Sumo Squat + Arm Lift Knee Lift + Arm Up (L then R) Side Lunges + Shoulder Press Flow Side Lunges Leg Deadlift + Arm Lift (L then R) Walking Dog Russian Twist Arm + Leg Extension (L then R) Leg Hip Thrust (L then R) Then finish with some cool down stretches
