Thank you for another training video. 6 months out of chemo and major surgery for breast cancer, I have found that your programme and variety of training has been key in my recovery and also strengthening to get back to where I was a year ago before my diagnosis. Thanks Jolanta.

Thank you for another great beginner’s workout 🙏🏼. Loved the warm up. I’m getting quite arthritic which is the main reason I started working out 4 years ago (after 3 months of physiotherapy and hydrotherapy which improved my range of motion and strength an amazing amount in such a short time). Your workouts have just the right amount of challenge for me. Looking forward to your next workout. ❤

Previews and timer, great. Terrible music, no coaching, not so great. For such a short workout, there were some less functional exercises (Russian twists, side to side lunge).
