Hey mate, from listening to a variety of peoples experiences (and learning from my own) it can differ. What sort of jobs are available at the time of applying. If you match their eligibility criteria & what competition you’re up against at that time of recruitment. Also who do you know in the industry that can give a good personal reference etc. So many variables. I found that drillers offsider job through a mutual friend but I needed to get all the qualifications for the said job: First aid, working at heights, white card etc. and be able to get the HR license. So it was an investment upfront. In my opinion the salaries are high but different jobs come with their pros & cons. For example; what roster you’ll be on, what location you need to commute to, the weather & environment you’ll be working in, how much support you’ll have (small team/big team etc) Hope this helps 🙏🏾

Hey HotdogH, thanks for reaching out (: I got offered a path to sponsor in hospitality a while back so been working towards that. I hear about a lot of different experiences with FIFO. Mine seemed alot different to my mates experience. (The job, the roster, the company etc) The 2:1 swings & offsider job wasn’t for me. Wouldn’t put my body & mind through the stress of that again. If you can find a better job though (like my mate has) then so much better. I value the quality of my life, being amongst people, dedicating time to growth & social connections. (In the gym, travelling, work life balance) This is how the BHX & Friends brand (and community group) was born into existence ✨ I’m super grateful for the contrast though, I’m glad I got to try these things & see for myself, for my future. Hey Adeyemo, one of the ways I’ve built more muscle is to utilise the bodyweight exercises as a great foundation then just add more weight/resistance . (Dumbbell, barbell, cable machines etc) For example: Push up to chest press dumbbells (16kg,20kg,25kg,30kg etc) I focus alot on form & technique from the start though, this builds a strong muscle memory & gets your body familiar with that range of movement. Which muscle group do you want to gain more muscle in? I split up the muscle groups over 5 days in gym, rest, recovery & high protein diet 🥘 For me, I’m targeting more chest & legs now 🤩🙌🏽 Hope this helps mate (:
