Thank you! I get rashes. One I get around or on psoriasis. One really bad rash I had on the sides of my neck and jaw. It lasted at least two years. Didn’t really itch or hurt much but it was so awful looking. I do get little face hard zits and I’m 55. So far haven’t found a doctor that is able to help me other than my new primary. I’ve had fibromyalgia and Sjogrens since I was 24 and hadn’t had a flair until about five years ago. Didn’t know what was wrong-didn’t think about my fibromyalgia or Sjogrens until an orthopedist mentioned it…duh 🙄. Autoimmune syndromes are so stressful just trying to find good doctors. I find I cry a lot more and can stress more easily and I already have anxiety and depression. It sucks! I get extreme exhaustion frequently, especially if I stress a lot. These diseases are crazy! I really need a good support group. My poor husband who has chronic pain from a serious accident takes care of me, 3 cats and the house! He’s definitely a gift from G-d 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

My doctor said that he cannot help me so I went to eye hospital and arthritis doctor and he can’t help. I just don’t know where to go. Do you have any ideas thank you and have a pain free day

Great vlog! The good old 90s, lol..I was born in 84..so loved growing up more in the 90s.

Can anyone tell me does fibromyalgia flare up with day to day activities and working? I am currently waiting to see a rhuematologist, my symptoms include, sore feet, sore Achilles and calf's, my knees ache. Got a lot of pain in my buttocks and my hip/pelvis and lower back, my shoulders are sore when lifting my arms, forearms at the elbow are sore with limited movement, hands and fingers ache with less grip. Had x-rays in most places everything clear apart from my neck which been told I have cervical spondylosis. Got a vitamin D defiency but been taking vit d for 5 months no change in how I feel if anything feel worse. I am always in pain but when I finish my job everyday I am extremely stiff and my whole body is crying in pain and the chronic fatigue that comes with it. My mental health is suffering. I'm only 44 and male. P it's hard to describe how I feel to people because on the outside I look fine
