I do side stretches and I feel it improving my sciatica. I’m surprised there aren’t more videos recommending them.

Wrong bad move for lower back pain and sciatica which involves the spine! This will increase pain, not make it subside

I was jogging on uneven ground and suddenly got a sting in my knee. I finished my jog with a slight limp and then got a pain from my hip down through my knee. This was seriously worse the next morning but I did my morning toe touch anyhow. When I straightened up, the pain was completely and permanently gone. I assume it was sciatica.

This is a high risk exercise. Highly controversial. Load, compression and torque is a bad recipy.

Right after using this program, my sciatica pain has been healed. Find out more about this back discomfort guide simply by look for “Kemzαnο Loni” on Google. Using this, you could sleep in various positions. I now feel safe with my hip pain already removed..

Isn’t this a stretch for the abdominal muscles? Surely you need to lie on your front and hug the ball to arch your back and stretch your spinal muscles?

No. The focus to relieve sciatica is abdominal muscles, weird as it sounds.

I feel a lot of stifness and pain at the sides of my lower back while doing these stretches. It hurts on running and now even walking as well.
