Priced to perfection. P/E of 52 for a company with revenue that grows 8-9% per year and 3% net margin? This stock can crash 60-70% if we have major recession. Last GFC in 2008, COST crashed 40% and back then COST PE was only 28! There are many other stocks better than $COST. HArd pass for me unless you like 2% return per year

Thank you sir. Dont really have any interest in this one as I am afraid AMZN is going to slowly put all these shipping companies out of business, eventually. Dont see much of a moat with this one unfortunately and its a capital heavy business. AMZN has AWS, advertising, 3rd party seller, prime etc businesses to help with growth and offset the capex heavy part of their business but this one has none of that.

Yes, the numbers were disappointing but the story is positive. They are changing their billing structure for chinese e-comnerce (their big breadwinner) from fixed fee's to percentage of GMV so now revenue and profit will grow inline with GMV.

Was waiting for this one! Thanks my friend. Sounds like some of their Q4 revenue was realized in Q3 as well thus the light guide. They should initiate a dividend like CRM which would send the stock skyrocketing as they dont really have much to spend their cash on. Then again their cashflows seem to have been a bit stagnant last few years which is another reason investors might not be super excited. I still like it for the long term. As you say once they start monetizing AI that will kickstart growth like the shift to subscription did in 2015.

Yup, quarter to quarter Adobe shares are really volatile on small guidance misses or beats - presents good buying opportunities for this otherwise predictable business. The Figma acquisition termination fee also a reason for the stagnant cash flows this year. And you’re right I think we get a 0.5% dividend initiation at some point with Adobe

I agree, I think you are likely to get comments by the hyperscalers that capex will be brought in and data center over-investing is complete before it's indicated by Nvidia

I think the slow down on growth, especially on data center revenue, will cause a sell off because it's not meeting the hype. I decided to sell most of my position and plan on buying back below 100 or next earnings announcement. Fantastic business but expectations are too wild rn.
