he basically clearly does it as an act for TV. He definitely is/was a fan (at least more than any other team he wants NY to win) but if you watch even like a third of the knicks games you can tell he doesnt watch more than like 2 regular season Knicks games all year. Best way to explain it is that He doesnt ever seem to have an understanding of whats going on with the team other than from what he hears via the national coverage of the team and its very obvious if you watch knicks games even semi often @@REAL_SportsTalk

Real knicks fans don't consider Stephen A a true fan anymore. He's been talking too much about politics on his show that his sports analysis suffers from it. He didn't vote Brunson as a starter in the All-Star Game this year because he was trying to "keep it real"and thought someone else deserved it more than him. Yeah, it makes you wonder how tightly the refs are gonna call this next game. Not only did Embiid get away with a flagrant 2 that injured a key player, he also shot 21 free throws. All credit to him for putting up 50, a heroic effort, but he should’ve left the game early. The Knicks should be up 3-0.

@@DuhChickenGuy that’s actually the best point any Sixers supporter has made so far. Maybe the refs felt that they owed one to the Sixers because of the missed calls in game 2, so they didn’t eject Embiid in game 3. Weird how officiating can be so bad that it ends up working out that way.

If you said hey that’s old school basketball style, i would be inclined to agree. But you didn’t, Knicks should be up 3-0, but Vegas would disapprove. NBA knows they can't kick him out because Knicks would easily win. They gave them their home game with home calls. Next game is going to be tightly called and Embiid and Maxey will not score more than 30-35 each, as a combo 60+. Knicks in 5. Knicks locker room is pissed off and ready to answer the man child. We are going to get Embiid in foul trouble and see how mobile he is with our defenders bumping him in transition. We are a team that fought through adversity and we have 2 players from the Toronto Raptors who have experience with Embiid's Mr Hyde personae. Let's see the game after adjustments and refs reset for next game.
