Deafness in and of itself is not a disability but we only have rights under disability law. arguing to use law to deny us access is discrimination.

To answer why I learned ASL, I don’t think you would expect my answer . Simple answer is that I was forced to 😅 it was a requirement to learn ASL at deaf university but does it play an important role ? Yes it does . Mostly are for communication but it became deeply learned their culture and history how the language it formed . Sadly, as a hard of hearing, it doesn’t help much in hearing world tho every job I interview I gotta asked for interpreter sometimes I be like it take too long and just go on with hearing aids .. it my own personal opinion but I’m sure deaf people value more it’s language

Previously we went over pretrial submissions, trial materials, plus the Initial Complaint for Google's Search & Search Ads Monopoly charges. In this live we will continue exploring discovery and case management documents as well as the available appellate brief. Next up? Plaintiff presentation (didn't cover it after all), trial exhibits, plus remedies. I will be going through as much of that shit as my mind can cause this could be the most information I think the public will ever get access to regarding the inner workings of Google. After that? Diving into Google's Ad Tech Monopoly charges, an entirely separate case against them.

In case you missed it, Cenderra of Casze is threatening to sue me for defamation! I think she blames me for public opinion turning on her, as if she has nothing to do with what people think of her. Even though I fell for her story and it took me weeks to process how shit wasn't adding up. I couldn't believe a business owner would jeopardize their own business this way. I guess she really doesn't like that I also covered what has been published regarding all allegations against her. So I was thinking about it and I was like I literally have a source for every single thing I commented on in this situation. Whether or not you agree with me, you can at least see why I thought what I thought when I thought it. The only thing I didn't show the source material I was reacting to on was the "Shit Does Not Add Up" presentation. So for this stream I did the work to show you a rough compilation of things that were said which back up the claims I make when I discuss issues that could be perceived as lies. Join me as I roll the clips and show you a play by play of why I felt there were inconsistencies in this case.

Also forgot to mention during the stream that if you run the page code in a JSON-LD/rich data checker it may return as an error because that code without the context of the header code is partially scripted. 2 ways to check code as I wrote it if you copy and paste it like that from my eBook: 1. run the code on the site and check the site page itself as it will then read it all together without you having to separate anything, or 2. merge your header and page code to check it (add page at the end of header, remove any duplications by either combining data or deleting second iterations of the coding).... For example you won't need to say what the script is twice, just at the beginning.

Summary of live stream: I am interested with the relationship between Neil Gorsuch of Supreme Court and Phil Anschutz of AEG (entertainment industry + oil tycoon). Gorsuch is part of deciding a court case Anschutz can benefit a lot from.... But also so can the Ute Indian Tribe, so I have mixed feelings. Cause on one hand I am against big oil, but on the other hand am pro tribal sovereignty. They wanna build a train through Ute territory and representatives from the Ute Tribe want this because they need more access to resources, but environmental activists are fighting it cause it will exponentially increase risks for more environmental disasters from oil spills to wildfires.
