Hello po! Bale hindi po ako sure kung may rules ba para dito. Sa mga Leasing companies po sa Manila, ang bayad sa kanila ay equivalent to 1 month rent. In our case po, internal agreement lang po namin ng apartment manager and nag-agree lang po kami on the amount. Ayun po. Pag-usapan niyo lang po para magkasundo kayo.

i would recommend supervising each and every step of construction here from footers and foundation up. they usually dont do the rings or stirrups on the rebar in columns correct for an earthquake zone. you need the stirrups closer together and even closer at junctions of walls floors slabs beam&columns etc. and the ends of the stirrups need to end resting in the center of the columns and be anchored in the center of the column concrete, they usually just make a square or rectangle 'ring' or stirrup with the stirrup ends resting on the outside of the column rebar and barely overlapping at the ends. all rebar needs to be primed with red iron oxide before use as well. its nice to have straight 'ties' of rebar in between column stirrups as well. the rebar is very important to prevent broken concrete from exiting the columns where the stirrups have OPENED during an earthquake causing collapse instead of just damage.

Hello mam I’ve been watching almost all your videos about apartment business both ofw in HongKong po kmi ng partner q and planning to build apartment kya pinapanuod q poh halos lahat ng blog nyo but since taga Pangasinan poh kmi bka d2 poh kmi near our area nlang poh magpa contractual.. may nabili poh kming 400sqm square poh tlga ung lot 200/200 price 680K gusto q lng poh sana itanung sa inyo kung pwd poh ba patayuan nmin ung half 200sqm ng 10units apartment up and down bali 5 unit poh sa baba at 5 second floor and is it possible poh ba na each unit is 2 bedrooms 1 t&b kaya poh ba if each 2 bedrooms units is 30sqm thank you in advance mam and God bless you and your family advance merry Christmas and have a prosperous year ahead

Hi! its 2024 nung nag se-search ako about stocks lalot wala talaga me masyado alam. Random ko lang talaga nakita video mo po. Right now, first time ko rin abroad at the age of 24. Ayaw ko kasi magaya mga kapatid at anak ko sakin kaya nangangarap ako now ng mataas para sakanila. Overwhelmed ako sobra na sa laki ng pinapadala ko sa pinas eh ayaw ko rin matulog yung pera na tinatabi ko para sa sarili ko. I hope one day kayanin ko, na kahit mai-business lang to for their education. Babalikan ko po talaga kayo para pasalamatan kayo kung sakali man na malampasan ko tong pagsubok ko. Marami po ako natututunan watching your videos. ☺️
