Importante talaga ang reputation ng contractor, builders & their entire team in this or any kind of building, construction projects, especially if the owners are overseas. The build looks solid, but if it was my apartment, I'll have a different design lay out Often times in projects like this, minsan mas mabuti pa na mag reach out ka, consult & sign contract outside of your own family eh, at least based on our own experience.

The build is very professionally done. but only suits a couple or a family of three. The rooms are very small including the master bedroom. The landscape is also very important. free of trash and other debris Nice build though.
