I'd want door locks. It's convenient.. Especially if you park it in the street and don't feel like locking 1-3 key holes every single time. And stretching over to unlock the door for a passenger when you forget

That's a good looking 4 wheeler. My friend has one exactly like that and he beat the living crap out of it! And when I say beat I mean beat. The thing was held wide open till it hit rev limiter 😂😂. Dumping the shifter at full throttle, grears grinding. And the thing doesn't burn a drop of oil, starts right up no problem, and runs great! Now that is what I call good engineering! So glad he has a good old Honda! Still runs great till this day! 🤘🤘👍

Hey! Great video first off. I am new to working on anything at all but I have my old TRX 250 that I've had since I was 7 or so and I wanted to get it back up and running. My question is, is it worth cleaning the carburetor out or just buying a new one also I can't seem to get the seat off any tips for that?
@landoneshbach28264 жыл бұрын
Lily Wilson Definitely try and clean the carb that is already on it. I tried buying a new aftermarket carb and it did not work well for me at all! To get the seat off, there is a lever at the left side rear of the four wheeler, you pull it up towards you and it should come off.
@arthurpirkle425 Жыл бұрын
Definitely rebuild the carb nothing beats the oem on these

Hi. Where do you buy these kits...links? For locks and windows please...
@316napoleon4 жыл бұрын
Landon, you might try straightening the cable/actuator arm. It looks like that curve might be causing it to bind. I’m thinking if you’d mount the motor assembly in a manner that allows more of a straight line with the crank, it will move a lot quicker. You’ve done a nice, clean job. Great work!
@landoneshbach28264 жыл бұрын
Tamra Stanley thanks you! Yes, I've noticed that the driver's door has been especially difficult to get up and down. I think that would help a lot of my problem. I will definitely look into it!

@perjian16975 жыл бұрын
The kit comes with spacers so you can move the manual crank spline in towards the door so it doesn't stick out as much since it's not used anymore. But you do have to be careful that you don't push it into the space the window needs to move freely.

Hi Landon, I want to ask you a question, I have a Trx250 like yours, but the front tires are very small, I can see that the ATV is not level, it also looks ugly, you think it is possible to increase the size of the front tires at least 1.5 inches?
