I'm in the camp of wondering why they even made it or relased the show in the state it was in, but I am glad I didn't drop it when I almost did on ep 4. Despite the many flaws and questionable decisions, they started trying in the last two eps, and atleast with the fanservice, it showed. Props to making the Gouf Custom an even more badass suit than it already was.

I think since bb won’t give it an evasion I think damage control lvl 2 would be the buff I could see it having. Since they like to bandaid suits and not really do much for them.

The final episode really made me laugh. (Spoiler) Just seeing the Gundam pilot go "maybe we can reach an understanding..." before rando Gouf Custom Andy went *"RAAAAAAAAAAAH"* and shanked him had me in tears, that shit was comedy.

One of my favorite suits. Had plenty of teammates leave the lobby when I picked it, but I still remember whipping an asshimar out of the sky, c-walking back and forth and magdumping my gatling while half the team jumped the crumpled donut. If xamel ever becomes a meta pick again somehow, this guy will be the hard counter lol

The last time I used this suit I was down a player (my Support) and I was forced to carve a path through a Zwei, General Eins, and a Delta plus just to get their FAZZ. All the while only having one effective Stun because for some stupid reason its Cannons nor INCOMs stun on their own….it was a crap shoot. At 650 Cost I cannot stress it enough: Do not use this suit unless are willing to mooch off your team constantly for stuns or are brave enough to try the stupid build stun combo it’s forced to have.

I agree with all your points in the description, but it's still one of my top three favorite suits. Fully upgraded, I’ve got it up to 42 beam defense and 70 melee strength, with tons of boost/boost recovery. The key is leveraging its HSM speed and long saber reach. Since almost no one plays (or mains) a MKV, even expert players misjudge the saber’s reach, mistiming their dodges or parries since they just never fight it. In the 1st match, you were misjudging the reach, swinging too late and being too close when the animation finished. In the 2nd match, you adapted and did better. With a bit more practice you could totally be a menace with this thing. I do exclusively use it at 650.

in my opinion it is not garbage but more like the mk V is already been drowned by upper tier meta, but at the same time the suit itself is lack of stuns and weaponry. If B.B give it another stun or maybe double melee i think that would fix the problem or they can just buff the speed again just like a few months ago

it's really sad to see the current state of the MK-V. it's my main suit but yeah, this is the reality. It needs buff, more health, more custom slot for mid long range, maybe double beam saber that can charge a heavy attack. i would love that.
