With that respect, I unassumingly ask you to explain yourself regarding your interpretation of Matthew 24:3; specifically inferring the Greek word (G3952) Parousia. It seems to me, in this context, Jesus physical return to earth after His ascension is meant. You didn't explain that Act 3:19 was your reference where the Greek word (G4383) prosopon is more accurate, "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence (G4383) of the Lord;" I believe your point is true, paraphrase, "As we (Christ’s Bride) prepare for Jesus' return, the most important thing is to be intimate with the Trinity by the indwelling knowledge and power of the Holy Spirit in the context of the Word of God; we can abide in Him by being in His presence (putting ourselves before the Godhead daily, all day long, according to The Word)." However (and you were speaking to your people in your home church, so...), I humbly ask you to explain the spirit of what you said being true and supported by scriptural cross-referencing the different Greek words being used to communicate that spirit which is the Holy One. Great word Rick!! I recently sent you word just recently. I know Jesus, when He says He comes when people will not expect it. I believe Him. Could be pre trib or mid. I believe/hope there is a first tier and all innocents that ard raptured.. Then massive wake up call, 2nd tier is up to bat. Things are not easy, harder choices have to be made. But the Lord never leaves as He said He would not.

This man is basing his theology on folly rather than scripture. While there are some truths to his statements, he fails to understand the impossibility of the works of men to attain the free gift of salvation. Salvation requires a broken response towards belief & repentance, no work of man can take the place of the greatest work of the Redeemer. Be VERY careful. Bringing back the Law of works and death into the new covenant is extremely dangerous! Christ came and healed people, as opposed to condemning them for their outward appearance.
