Hi, it would be of great help if you can please share the link for the app. Also, if possible, can you please share more information regarding the swim meter (around the app itself, setting up the device, connecting the device with the app/web app, watching the data live, etc.). Thankyou!

Could you swim on your back in place

Thanks for the scientific rationale behind decreasing resistance when swimming stationary to 80% and the tips on what to do. I'll apply this to my ironman preparation in my home pool.

Tethered swimming is a great workout. The best thing about it is you don't need a big body of water. So many options, I think go for it. You don't need any fancy equipment. Keep training keep adjusting, it will work for you.

Good info, you are on the point about the tethered swim being harder on the arms and shoulders. I'm hoping that in the end it means I'll be faster when I get in the lake again.

Do you have to use the tower? If so, do you have to pull the bucket or can you use it without resistance?
@destromachines91004 жыл бұрын
Skills NT Swimming Yes, you need one of our towers to use the device. You need enough water in the bucket so that the line keeps tension, but this can be a very small amount of resistance.

@@destromachines9100 Do you have thought in time to do a version that does't need the tower? Maybe with a fishing rod so you ca measure the speed without resistance? I would be interested in that.

Skills NT Swimming thank for the feedback. We will consider your comments in our future development.
