Wait, I'm confused. So about the 10 minute rule. After the ten minutes, are you supposed to actually go do that thing? Or just keep telling yourself all day 'ill do it in ten minutes' and then never actually do it?

What a load of bolox. Eat a plant based diet... the first point, f*cked this whole video. You could have said eat organic or eat clean whole foods but you screwed the pooch with your vegan message. Im done with this channel. Peace ✌️

I have been following these tips for the last 25 years of my life. I am 35 now and I have met with friends. I’ve known since high school and they are all shocked that I look the same now as I did when I was 16. I tell them a joke that I discovered the fountain of youth.😂

I wish I learnt most of these principles about seven years ago. A lot of people have been trapped strongly in the matrix- - Go to school, get a job, and then slave your whole life. Many miss out on life changing information that could have great effect on their finances.

Nobody knows anything, you need to create your own process, manage risk and stick to the plan, through thick or thin while also learning and improving.

This is true. For instance, many overlook that banks are return-driven businesses. I don’t trust keeping a large sum in the bank. Instead, I invest with professional guidance, enjoy the benefits and actively save up for retirement.

After the ‘08 crisis, I’ve learned not to trust corporations. Since 2022, I’ve been investing with a finance advisor and have had no major losses. I’m barely 25% short of my $2M goal after subsequent investments to date.

Everyone has that moment when the world seems to stop as their heart drops. this is mine, a while back I got this cat she was a stray and always made my day. Even though she did have some sass to her at times she loved to snuggle and talk. But for a while, she started hiding more and stopped eating. We were all worried but I still thought everything would be fine we'd find a way to cure her... But then the vet told us that she had Lucimia disease and was dying and we couldn't do anything about it... that's the time when it felt like the world stopped and a part of me broke...

This video wasn't helpful. I'm an Asperger. My career involved interacting with hundreds of new people every day, as well as supervising dozens of people, daily. It did nothing to improve my people skills. Which are probably far worse now as a retired person than it was as a teenage in high school.

1:14 Just a quick note: if you're going to ask this question, ask it like you want to know which city they grew up in. Don't use this question as way to gauge what foreign country you think they're from or what ethnic group they belong to. This may be fine with 1st generation immigrants, but for 2nd and above generation immigrants, this is usually a surefire way to make them feel alienated or uncomfortable. And lastly, it is never acceptable to ask, "Where are you ACTUALLY from?" after they answered question two. All in all, you should be able to proceed to step 3 without any issues
