To anyone reading this - If you find yourself frequently going back to this type of content, you might want to consider getting screened for ADHD. It’s okay to need a boost every once in while, and everyone can benefit from implementing healthier habits and trying out the occasional productivity hack. But if it comes to the point where you have to beat yourself to death with a club every time you need to fold your laundry, you might need treatment more than you need advice. Life doesn’t have to feel like a constant struggle uphill. Working on yourself should be a source of pride and excitement, not something to feel guilty and sorry about. There are treatments and resources out there. Take advantage of it ✌🏻

Loved this video, but not everyone who procrastinates has ADHD, and people with ADHD don’t all have the same symptoms. Don’t get me wrong, the video is helpful but just because someone has ADHD, doesn’t mean they’re necessarily hyperactive. And people without ADHD are also seceptible to distractions, hyperactivity, and procrastination

@@bobbybigz3408 I'm going to start putting in movie clips in my videos. Not the whole thing though, just a few here and there. I like their new style, but I prefer their old animated style better. But that's just me. And thanks for replying!

I procrastinate because I don't want to do something. Period. I finally purchased a lower priced ($150) robot vacuum and now I'm wondering why I couldn't have done it sooner. Body doubling is kind of a weird concept. White noise can be switched out for low volume, soothing instrumental music.

Let me just say, most of these videos don’t work. You are born who you are and these videos won’t change that, The best way to actually become confident is to accept that, accept that you’ll make mistakes and that your life isn’t over when you make these mistakes, be yourself, that’s what confidence is. (This is regarding all of they’re videos)

How to succeed by watching videos on KZbin?
@trevorgnatzig65999 ай бұрын
I'm not even going to watch the video I'm just responding to it's title... With everything in life including the things that have nothing to do with you, you are, in fact, the problem! I mean if you don't perceive it then there's no problem to begin with, so in that case you're not the problem. But for every problem you perceive you in fact are its cause and likewise, its solution!
