I totally agree with him! When you get older the whole vibe of the music scene fades UNLESS you come back and get into it again

Such an monumental episode! Manson as vulnerable and honest as he could be at that time before the Evan Rachel Wood case and Meetoo, Peaches making her TV Debut with a super hot drummer that got a a windy hair, playing instruments and surprisingly relevant prose from Janeane Garofalo and political opinions from Henry that would be too risky to express publicly today because we have made 1984 a reality (even though most of us are feeling and thinking the same). All of them have been a part of my life for decades now.

I’m not a republican or a democrat, but nothing spells “punk rock” more than an anti-establishment icon siding with a party. Well done, Mr. Garfield.

Holy Dittrick MacPhucklesticks!! What else is in the teaches of Peaches? Huh? Whaa? I don't think I've been fair about listening to her music at all. and I think I'm finally going to start listening to more of her music. All I will expand on about regarding why I didn't really check her out, was because of her stupid advice, because, believe me, I've tried like hell to fuck the pain away, and it's a goddamn lie! You're gonna hurt more, I've logged the hours,, and my anecdotal research has been read by my peers and they agree, be careful when swinging that purple headed flesh baton into those drippy beef curtains and the brown starfishes. That said, today is my first time hearing this song of hers, and there's no doubt about it, she's got a very wide diversity of musical influences working in her favor, and she's not afraid to use it as a flavor additive, a musical chef if you will. Like Beck in a way, but with a kind of Joo E looking perm and a beaver. And don't get it twisted either, Joo E as in the context of Gene Simmons' Joo E looking perm (Afro-esque in appearance, but on a caucasian instead) looks like black cotton candy, too.

I live in small town Hell & we had a gun in school yrs before Columbine. We wore trench coats for ROTC not bc of metal! The girl that brought the gun & pulled it on another was a girl scout,FFA member & one Hell of a cowgirl! Nothing changed except the loss of the coats. She was back to graduate with us 4yrs later. My friends & I protested our school for blaming metal & the great Marilyn Manson!! 🤘🖤

lol. 😂 Talking about “the new album” in 2007, when it wouldn’t end up coming out for five more years. Such a shame it didn’t come earlier, though, and then maybe they would’ve felt motivated to make one or two more!

I was born in 75 so didn't really discover aerosmith until vacation and pump. Became a huge fan and then worked it back. Love there 70's stuff. Have gone to at least 10 shows including there last run in Vegas. Steven Tyler is without a doubt in my mind one of the top 5 if not the number 1 frontmen of all time. Sad they have had to go out the way they recently have but if you have watch Steven you know it going to be 110% or nothing.

It is interesting how orwell in 1984 illustrated the premise that a right wing totalitarian regime would instigate what we are seeing now, but in reality it has been the left wing that have been the champion of these diabolical changes.

Henry Rollins is my hero. His "comedy" special is floating around on the free video apps. It's legit one of the funniest stand ups I've ever seen. Seriously funny, he's high intensity like he usually is, but he's still affable. The work itself was very meticulous. He had a couple straight genius setups. I recommend EVERYONE watch it
