Um Lichtjahre besser als die nur noch peinliche Coverband, die sich leider auch noch YES nennen darf 😢😢😢😢😢

WOW! I'm in tears, truly the best morning treat. The fires down south and the blue sky's here hover for Jon Anderson and this incredible Yes Band. It makes it all better. That voice still pure reflections of the time and now this time around. 6:26 is when I stopped what I was doing and just stared into the music. Thank you Jon for finding Yes out there on the world wide web. There is good out there.

Lyrics: Black sunrise hovering over us A midnight everlasting 'til all is done Now I hear the final call Shadows bring the end of it all Not a savior out there And now you can't escape from the unknown The edge is near Dawning in twilight Forgotten stories Under a black sunrise Hovering over us Just one more thread of hope is all that I ask for And now you can't escape from the unknown The edge is near Dawning in twilight Forgotten stories Under a black I've been yearning, I've been sеarching All this time my soul's been burning I've been drowning in a night sky glow I've been wanting, I'vе been longing All this time my soul's been burning for A black sunrise Now I hear the final call Shadows bring the end of it all Not a savior out there And now you can't escape from the unknown The edge is near Dawning in twilight Forgotten stories Under a black I've been yearning, I've been searching All this time my soul's been burning I've been drowning in a night sky glow I've been wanting, I've been longing All this time my soul's been keeping score Under a black sunrise

Lyrics: I wanna wake from the slumber 'Cause I just feel like another low number I used to think you could be my saving grace Not a heart left displaced Instead of the party, the wall of my basement This broken dream needs a rapid replacement Falter and stutter It’s time to crawl out of this gutter My eyes are blood-red shooting darts Drop dead, why don't you disappear? Every single time you fed me lies And tried to hide behind the mirror Just wanna see your dream die Just wanna hurt you, I know Your reptile blood has kept you safe but, honey I'm like a hawk in a world of snakes You feeling nice and safe Far from the mess you’ve made? Are you feeling nice and safe Just hiding under the shade? Enjoy, but beware A villain can also have nightmares Every day is the same Every thought on the way Am I going insane? Every day is the same Every thought on the way Am I going insane? Every day is the same Every thought on the way Am I going insane? My eyes are blood-red shooting darts Drop dead, why don't you disappear? Every single time you fed me lies And tried to hide behind the mirror Just wanna see your dream die Just wanna hurt you, I know Your reptile blood has kept you safe but, honey I'm like a hawk in a world of snakes I'll make you pay for your sins, I'll Break from the prison Rising above your lies Not enough violence between us I wanna see ya Crash on the marble floor Not enough violence between us I wanna see ya Crash on the marble floor My eyes are blood-red shooting darts Drop dead, why don't you disappear? Every single time you fed me lies And tried to hide behind the mirror Just wanna see your dream die Just wanna hurt you, I know Your reptile blood has kept you safe but, honey I'm like a hawk in a world of snakes

Lyrics: I can't explain the sorrow Of gazing at tomorrow My borrowed time runs out in the end I know it feels like fire A flame lit by desire The clock can't stand still But every time you scream I feel alive You feed my inner beast With a violent lullaby By lending me your spark The craving you conceal Untended wounds just can't heal Tonight we feast on darkness Monster released, a madman This carcass loves the blood that is shed Right now it feels like fire A match lit by desire The clock will stand still But еvery time you scream I feel alivе You feed my inner beast With a violent lullaby By lending me your spark The craving you conceal Untended wounds just cannot heal Is this another sleepless night? (Am I another hopeless lie?) Untended wounds just cannot heal Is this another sleepless night? (Am I another hopeless lie?) Untended wounds just can't heal Branded with blood Now it's my turn Want to reach out but I Crash and burn I want to change but Every time you scream I feel alive You feed my inner beast Breathe the carbon left behind By lending me your spark The craving you conceal Untended wounds just cannot heal Is this another sleepless night? Untended wounds just cannot heal (Am I another hopeless lie?) Is this another sleepless night? Untended wounds just cannot heal (Am I another hopeless lie?)

I honestly thought this would be a disaster. An 80-year old bloke trying to recapture past glory and failing together with a bunch of blokes trying to copy the sound of Yes and also failing dismally. Couldn't have been more wrong. Great performance from Jon Anderson - his voice hasn't really changed noticeably - still a good as ever. The band are also excellent. The bass player doesn't make the mistake of trying to replicate Chris Squire's sound but plays in a way that very much recognises the way that Chris played and sounded - if that makes sense. In fact the whole band sound extremely able and certainly up to what is a very demanding task. Anyway, I now have the album and it really does re-ignite the essence of Yes. Let's hope there is a follow-up. 5-stars!!!!

Arnel is such an amazing singer himself, but no one like Steve to sings these songs... Steve used to sing them like if it wasn't an effort at all and his voice always sounded fresh and flawless... Arnel sometimes has a hard time staying in those keys and energy... full respect to Arnel, but I really wish Steve would do one single tour with all these amazing muscicians.
