Could you please explain why it is only these 3 varieties that can be taken internally? What are the results of taking other kinds internally? Is it toxic? Dangerous? Somali Frankincense for example.

Dont put resin directly on the coal! it will burn and create an inferior scent. It is best to use a small thin metal dish like an empty aluminum tealight casing on top of the coal and sit resin inside.

I use frankincense essential oil and myrrh as thick oil internally in my tea or coffee if I'm feeling stressed and tired it's has such a pick me up especially if not feeling well or working long hours.l seem to be able to cope and feel good and uplifted l like them both 👍

At a certain point and very quickly, my frankincense starts burning and then the burning smokes comes out, which is logical. How to prevent this, is it better to heat up incense? I also tried putting it on a charcoal of lower temperature, but eventually it starts burning after the initial phase, and it gets to the burning phase quite fast...

My green hojari frankincense turned more cloudy and white and it puffed up after the water was infused. Did not disintegrate as per your description. Is it okay? Also can i re-use it or chew on it? Or should i throw it away? And if so until when can i re use the same hojari?
