Dont put resin directly on the coal! it will burn and create an inferior scent. It is best to use a small thin metal dish like an empty tealight casing on top of the coal and sit resin inside.

Hey I have charcoal that is so hard to light and they said I have to burn it on the stove anyway I burned it on the stove and it became burning hot and red and when I put frankincense or myrh on it, it burns them and it smells like burnt plastic..

Do I supposed to add more resin when Burn out…. cuz I noticed it last like two minutes to 10 minutes for the resin to be consumed by the hit , or it’s just one time , cus I notice the charcoal still hot a good for burning more if I want too …., it’s my first time using this product, I want to make sure am doing it right

You can add more if you like or you can break charcoal in half to reduce burning time 🙏🏽

At a certain point and very quickly, my frankincense starts burning and then the burning smokes comes out, which is logical. How to prevent this, is it better to heat up incense? I also tried putting it on a charcoal of lower temperature, but eventually it starts burning after the initial phase, and it gets to the burning phase quite fast...

After lit the coal, wait like 5-6 minutes. Then put the frankincence on top of it.

A set of tongs is perfect to hold the charcoal disc whilst you light it from the edge. It takes approx 20 secs for the heat to spread across the charcoal.

Hi you can burn the frankincense on an oil burner by using kitchen foil on the base of the oil bowl with a candle beneath it to heat the resin

smoke smell, the resin should never touch the coal or it will give bad smell

we have never experienced a bad smell with Frankincense directly on the charcoal. You must wait for the coal to fully light before placing the resin on top.
