more stores should follow similar standards. I found a couple 2022 dates and a 2021 date in the past 7 months in a local store, doesn't take very long to check. Checking is also important because products that entered your store more recently can still be older than what you already have in stock meaning you should push what's on the shelf to the back. It is rare but I have seen it, mainly just in products with a longer shelf life

Yeah. Def. Agree, some people think it takes too long but I think it's better than doing everything fast even if it's just to finish your shift, I think it's worth doing rotation 100%

My gripe is stores constantly moving items. Most people are visual. I have poor vision and rely mostly on hearing and remembering where everything is my vision assists me.

yeah fortunately i did get a lot better in due time and even got complimented from my higher ups unfortunately i ended up quitting due to me being trained horribly they decided to try and train me on cashier when the store was absolute hell one day and I was like heavily overwhelmed and after doing my best tried talking to my manager she basically just said i had to do it and looked like she could give 2 fcks less so I just ended up quiting sadly I really enjoyed my time with my other coworkers though @@LadyOfTheEdits
