I see a lot of yellow leaves on the green and red kale... especially on the top. Red kale should be deep red and purple.

It looks pretty but you said Nothing about Fresh Produce! Just because it looks good doesn't mean it's of the very best quality. Culling 3x a day is vital to fresh produce and giving your customers the very best they deserve.
