If they said they want nice geometry and no tentacles, then why not do the Dakotas first before you do Arkansas, Missouri and Iowa? Their planned releases currently contradicts this. I LOVE SCS and their amazing games but I have to call this out. It makes no sense.

They first said they want to reach Illinois via Route 66. That's the main objective, not the shape. But to reach Illinois, they could have just gone from Kansas to Missouri and then to Illinois. But this creates a weird shape, so Nebraska & Iowa fill the gap enough to reach Illinois.

Yep It makes sense, It's a Nebraska neighboring state, and we don't have the "flying mode" on our trucks yet lol, so We have to cross it to reach Illinois, no way. As like as they're adding Missouri (Kansas neighbours), the same exactly thing scs is doing for Nebraska/Iowa. Great excellent stuff, I like Iowa, and I was waiting for it since Texas release. Loved a lot the video, awesome work mate 👍🏻✨💯

I understand that SCS wants to finish Route 66, but really, the map DLC that made the most sense to me to be next after Arkansas/Missouri was Louisiana, just so the game map didnt have a strange shape.

Hehe they just released Nebraska , there’s no way they are gonna release Arkansas in September and a few months after that Missouri … they are already behind schedule if they wanted to release three dlc’s this year ….

Yeah where I live have electric scooters, electric engine accelerates quickly from start but will be caught up at long distance by diesel, so this is very accurate
