Yes he is, it is like all of us in our hardest day, but for him it is every moment, sometimes when you watch more than one episode at a time it makes you stress out. Writers abused a lot, he could have been a way more loveable character.

Two points and one of them is that this to me signifies character growth for Mugsy. Interestingly it came just a couple episodes after his ayahuasca trip. I have to wonder if that played into it. Additionally whenever I see Brian Regan in this show, I'm always surprised by his vulgarity. I first heard of him by watching his stand-up comedy. Which is g-rated. So now when I watch his stand up, my metaphorical stick is poking him in the belly, saying....curse man. I know you can curse!
