The bike sounds fantastic. The range does seem a bit low, 12 lts is too small. My 1988 Low Rider has 16 lt and my 2022 Panam has 21 lt, giving it 250 miles range when touring, it sounds fantastic with a V&H muffler.

I’m 59 years old, 5’7”, and weigh 150 lbs. After completing my beginner motorcycle safety class, the instructor advised me to start with a small bike, like a 125cc or 250cc, and wait a year or two before moving up to a bigger one. However, I ended up buying a street scrambler right away. When it was delivered to my house, it took me about a week to feel safe enough to actually ride it. Now, a month later, I have no regrets. Yes, it’s a heavy bike, but once I got used to it-and especially with how easy it is to ride, with smooth shifting and all-I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
@Nomad_ScramblerАй бұрын
Really is quite a tame bike when you get use to it but, coming from a 125 it’s like a rocket ship
@dag681Ай бұрын
I am a professional rider. The SS900 is only shits and giggles off road. Have taken on trails barely a bars width wide. Have hit whoop-de-doos with it at speed- only after some suspension changes. It is god awful heavy, and if you tip it over in deep sand, it’s like lifting a cartoon. Crossed streams and been in ugly mud. This bike is NOT an off-road bike. It’s exactly what it says it is- a STREET scrambler. About the best it can do, reasonably, is gravel/dirt roads ridden like a flat tracker. Full send at 70-80 is a hoot. I pity anyone with minimal skills off road trying to learn them on this bike.
