Camcorders have great zoom capabilities. Also low light in movies the scenes aren't really low light they are lit scenes with adjusted shutter speeds to mimic darkness. Like when actors are indoors. The lights are positioned and diffused in a way so they don't cast light spots in a scene and the shutterspeed is compensated accordingly.

I have recently purchased the Panasonic HC-VX3E-K 4K Camcorder, the revised model from the original VX1. I am not by any means a professional videographer or photographer, just a hobbyist. I could afford a more high end model, but just couldn't justify spending that extra money, this VX3 cost £680 in sterling and is more than enough for my needs. I will be using it to stream video eventually on my KZbin channel, and filming family gatherings like this Christmas for instance, also filming planes for too on the tripod I purchased at the same time. I did once consider a DSLR camera a few years ago but never acted on it, I am more than happy with the Camcorder.

In my studio I use small sensor cameras because they have a unique look to them. You get much better zoom with tiny sensors.

I have an old Panasonic HC-V180 (great grandad of the 4K HC camcorders) and I love it. It's only HD but I love vlogging with it. Small enough to fit in a jacket pocket. 50x optical zoom. I prefer shooting with it than my iPhone. The footage is on the SDcard, not tucked away on iCloud. I did lose the charger for my HC-V180 a while back so had to resort to a buying an external battery charger but the camcorder is still useful to me.

BMW e series (3 or 5 or 7sh) are made for plug them in and use within cities driving like Mrs Daisy in confort, no rush and no Gas Mine a 530e ,which I daily drive it in DC , gives me 40 miles a gallon My friend has a BMW 750 and in this traffic he drives equal than mine but he spend 17 miles a gallon

Which Meepo Mini did you review? That doesn't appear to be the Mini 5. I just got a Mini 5 and the remote has no LED display at all. Push resistance is also pretty high.
