If you know the area you are looking to invest in, my best advice is to find a local real estate agent that is familiar with the particular area you want to invest in so that they can guide you based on what exactly your needs are and price point.

@@nathaliecook8168 hey I shipped with a company in NY. The owner is my moms friend so he always give me a deal but I think to ship one of the big boxes where I put all the small things it’s normally around $80 or so.

@@DukeBX not in areas like punta Cana, bayahibe and other touristic areas where electricity is now provided by private companies. Although expensive it provides 24/7 electricity. Of course this is not the case in local areas or in more rural areas.

Wow great video, and great explanation. Question what is the rental fee for month on 4 to 6 month lease. Would you be able to share that information

@@amabelisalinas364 it depends the time of year. I personally do between $1300 -$1400 but does not include electricity. However it does include bi-weekly cleanings, and internet along with all condo fees. Everyone sets this up differently, but I’ve found this works well for me in finding longer terms rentals.

I agree with the statement about customer services. But with the limited experience I've had in the D.R. I found that unfortunately to be the case in alot of places. But I still would get a place there.😊

Excellent! I've stayed at places where my host didn't pay so much attention to detail. Can't be in the rental business to just grab money. The best advertisement is word of mouth, and repeat customers. 👍

Can you tell me why in DR they install the sink in the corner of the kitchen counter ??? instead of installing it in the middle as it must be done ? It's a nonsense , but the apartment is good looking

@@martinf9626 😂😂😂 that’s a great question. I will say for the kitchen in this apartment I would imagine it’s probably due to the distribution of where they put the stovetop. If the sink was more towards the middle you probably wouldn’t be able to have 2 people in the kitchen at the same time. lol but I completely feel you I also prefer the sink to be more in the middle

It’s best to shop around in both places to find what works best for your financial situation.
