Family considering moving to DR....Santo Domingo. Been there many many times all over but never to Bayahibe. That's where I'd be looking to get some investment property too I think. Thank you for video, thanks YT for recommending.

@@OjaiWeber you will definitely find everything you need in Santo Domingo. There’s so much to do all the time but the traffic is a bit terrible. Nonetheless pros and cons like everywhere. Ahhh if you haven’t visited Bayahibe I definitely recommend. It’s such a cute small town. You get to know the locals and it just feels super chill. I love it. Plus majority of excursions to saona or isla Catalina depart from bayahibe

Hello Hennessy, hope all is well. Mr. Felix here. Thanks for the educational/informative video. We are fixing a trip to DR in November of this year we and are planning to see some properties. Do you have any video talking the area or areas where you acquired your properties? I really like Santo Domingo Este, but never thought in la Romana for investing. Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks!
@hennessy.hostedhausАй бұрын
@@suckerforvintageaudio9449 yes I do have a video on top 6 places. But they are more general nothing specific to areas. However, to your point on Santo Domingo Este. I heard really great things about that area for two reasons. One properties tend to be cheaper which is great and two they get rented out just as much as properties in other areas if not more which means that your return on investment is a lot higher which is ultimately the goal.

How much is your mortgage on the apartment? Did you use an American bank or local bank?
@hennessy.hostedhaus3 ай бұрын
@@Hoosier3able my mortgage is $1300 and I used a local bank in D.R. I have a video on what you may need to work with a bank in D.R if you are interested in those details, it’s called “buying property in Dominican Republic as a U.S citizen”

Hola Hennessy. Soy seguidora nueva.😊

So no mortgage on the house I mean the gains on the first house might not be realistic for other people because not everyone gets a house as inheritance
