I don't want another X-Men Reboot period. We already have 2 completely separate cast for the movies. They shouldn't of stopped making films with the last cast,just continue making great stories with the X-Men,we never even got Iceman with the last ones,we would be on further along with the mutans now if they would of kept going,I want gambit and wolverine,and cyclops all on the same team in movies that's never happened yet.... Don't agree with them taking step backwards and doing reboots all the time,did the same with Spidey 3 timea now... Just do your homework,take your time and get creative writing team involved the actors we already have will pull it off.

I'm down for Ryan Coogler as director of X-Men. He'd be a great pick. Maybe even as writer, though Beau DeMayo wouldn't be a bad choice there either, even as a co-writer.

We need someone who understands the X-men. Doesn’t matter their background but can deliver.

Coogler is a good choice, and giving him X-Men would serve as a potential further test of his ability to tell stories about other parts of the world than Wakanda, before giving him (the same way the Russos were given Avengers after doing a couple Captain America films, after a fashion) a Saga-ending two-parter.

Don’t mind the socially aware writing I just hate all the political involvement in writing. Focus on the story and let what happens, happens. Everything else is specifically pre-intended and means there is an agenda intended by the production company or the writer. And all I want is the story. Anything else is crap!

yes. it is encouraging to hear that, but we have to be honest. It's clear, and it would be a disservice if they didn't say that. We can only wait to see if they really work towards making better content.
