Just having the strength to get the 150's to your shoulders for the dumbbell presses without needing assistance is a task.

People don’t realize how difficult these are. I got heckled in the gym for struggling to pure stiff leg 315 raw no straps or belt double over hand. I did it with a fight and a half. Someone commented like man I remember struggling at 315. I had to let it out. I went regular conventional and repped 315 out for 6 clean reps like butter. Proceeded to struggle stiff legging 315.

Dan Green is a master at work. Very few backs on this planet could survive this brutal attack. Technique at its finest.

Dan you are a beast. There are camps that say we must use leg drive in the bench-pre$$. I disagree. Some lifters can pre$$ heavyweights w/o leg drive. I don't use leg drive. You can pre$$ heavyweights with or w/o leg drive. Keep on repping bro 😅❤ 💪💯🦾🏋️👑

90% of my benching is with feet up. You are pure cocky. By the way I am working towards 205x15 on the incline bench-press. I am 5ft7" , 180lbs, and 64yrs yrs young. My current incline bench-press is 165 x 5 with a thumbs-length grip.
