This is a wonderful Opera, and I really enjoyed this production, and the casting. Excellent voices and acting! And, as someone else commented: this is just a great libretto (and music, too).

Great singing - inadequate translation of lyrics - peculiar and awkward mise en scene, trying too hard to be different.

Top-notch casting all around! I admit I got confused by the production's direction but I"m glad I finally got to see a performance of this opera.

Espectacular, no pude apartar mis ojos, exelentes bailarines, coreografía, vestuario, etc. Gracias por deleitarnos con esta maravillosa puesta, amo el ballet ya que es una de las artes más completa: danza, actuación y música. Qué más se puede pedir. Felicitaciones!!!

This is just so brilliant! Many many thanks to OperaVision for making this fabulous production available. Paul Agnew's work as music director absolutely wins my heart - it is his interpretation of Rameau's music that made it a pure magic and joy. And stage direction by Louise Miller makes it a clear win over the others I've seen so far - brava!
