2½ liters of milk. boil and reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 mins. ½ tbsp salt. 155 ml vinegar after heat is off.

I've never seen any producer of oils sanitise their product before- yes it's washed and dried but never chemical sanitised

this recipe works wonderfully, but it's wayyyy to much sugar. it turned out sickly sweet, and even though caramel is obviously supposed to be sweet, it was really just too much. i'd say half cup to one cup MAXIMUM.

Tip Mines came out crumbly , so I got upset, and I placed it back in the pot for 8 minutes to clean it up later, and it was able to fold . I feel so much better .
