@@vinaykaushik6905 mene gym kbhi oppose nhi kia hai, or itihaas sanatan ka purana hai to gym bhi yhi se nikla hai , mene hmesa kha hai ki gym alag hai mugdar Samtola alag hai...dono ek apne apne benefit hai....long term me dekho to Mugdar Samtola Gada Swings are Best...kyuki ek age ke baad yhi kaam aaega... Or ye kewal ek exercise hai jo additional biceps Growth ke lie jod sakte hai...na ki pura gym exercise hai... Hope smjh aaya hoga😃

bhaiya maine 1 saal phele mugdar aur pfsse yog start kiya tha, aur phele mera weight bhout kam tha strength bilkul nahi thi, ab body mass bhi bhout gain hua hai aur khud ko ab dekhta hu toh bhout accha lagta hai. Aapki wajah se yeh journey start kari thi maine. Thank you bhaiya
