Like anything else this tool when used properly is great but if you don’t prep right or know this products limitations you will end up with a super hot mess. If you are a dyier please watch other videos like maybe if the manufacturer puts one out. Love, a contractor that hasn’t sold out!

can u use this stuff the ardex PC to do holes in floor not overlays. we have a bunch of 3/4 inch deep squares we need to repair before we grind and polish. is this a good repair mortar for polishing.
@wolfofconcreteАй бұрын
I’ve never used it for repairs but my guess is that it would work. Also depends on the agg size to match the existing concrete.

Thank you for this informative video. Another area of interest is the maintenance of each after install. I'm thinking of doing this in the interior of my home but want to know the maintenance for each and which is better for interior of a residential home. thank you.
It’s definitely a weird way to roll it but it looks rolled
@wolfofconcrete2 ай бұрын
This is how we roll the edge on a pre existing slab, when we install our coatings. If you’re pouring a slab you would want to roll the edge during that process.

If I wanted to do this on a period property kitchen with old floorboards what would need to go over the floorboards before I could pour the concrete?
@wolfofconcrete2 ай бұрын
Fill in any gaps between the old boards with a wood filler then sand entire floor until all wood stain is removed. After that apply two coats of a water proofing and crack prevention membrane ( Redgard or Elasto Shield ). Give membrane a light sand then you’ll be good to prime and lay product.

Is this what you would use in a 4.5 inch carport slab that’s cracked all the way through in Florida? I have 2 deep cracks all the way through the slab. They are about 4-5 inches wide. And The crack is about 2 feet away from the original expansion cut.
