I would throw down some non-skid, if you want to spend some extra money you could spray some non-skid.

It took us about 5-6 hours because of cure times in between coats. It would take you by yourself half a Saturday. Probably 8 hours.

Depends where you’re located and what time of year it is. Here in Florida it’s about 30-40 minutes between coats.
