You can only increase flacied size not a erect size with any extender. It is my 10 years of experience. And you can increase flacied length if you wear any Extender for 6-9 hours a day.

Not totally true...using a cheap screw/tension extender (LeLuv brand) over a few years I saw a gain in erect size....not like some of those clowns that claim 3 inches growth but I did see an approx 5/8" increase in length. Not a lot but any increase no matter how small is welcome as I think you'd agree. I still use it occasionally but seemed to reach the limit of its benefit.
