You have to do the other one without using your own blood. I believe it was stem cells. It worked way better. The first time I did it with my own I didn't feel much difference besides being more sensitive. Also didn't hurt as much once the cream wore off

Your PRP does not look right to me. I've never had the P shot, but I have had PRP injections in my knees. When they separate my blood, there are three layers. The top layer is just plasma, a middle layer, which is the platelet rich plasma, and a bottom layer, which is the red blood cells and whatever is left. The platelet rich plasma layer has a cloudy, almost milky yellow appearance. I don't see that in your video. The process may be different since it is being applied to your penis. I don't know if perhaps it was mixed with your red blood cells or something else. That's just my observation as someone who has had multiple rounds of PRP on both knees.

Interesting maybe there was some layer in the middle and they just included it in the plasma, I honestly couldn't understand what the nurse was saying with that Thai accent

I used to donate plasma pretty regularly. The appearance of plasma can vary a lot, sometimes it’s slightly brownish, sometimes it’s cloudy, sometimes it’s a bit more transparent. Doctors there told me it’s normal
