@ I don’t actually think there is much more I would add .. you seem to cover all basis from the initial sound , what your doing, how your doing it , actually footage of work being completed , issues or problems highlighted, then the finishing touches … then a final sound check and road test to show under load noise and possible drone issues at “speed limits” hahah For me maybe on jobs that are a little more technical more footage … also possible welding tips and trick for people getting into it? Or even get the customer on camera to get there reactions after the works been done ?? But I think as it is, definitely keeps me coming back If I wasn’t going to darkside development for other work I would definitely be getting my system done from you and the lads at NAW fab

@timebombjammy9803 harsh 🤣 you know apart from the bloody horrible gearbox they drive nice. Gearboxes are truly dreadful in every Mercedes I've driven though, 10 years behind in my opinion. Maybe all merc fanatics will tell me different..

Great engines d5's shame about the auto geartronic boxs failing regularly and aux belts wrapping up in cambelt and causing carnage. Also d5s are in everything heavy as. Id defo say its standard turbo, ive got gtb 2265 journal on a 1.9 and it produces no boost untill 2.5k rpm after that hell breaks loose 38psi stable. Batman smoke screens,very unstable and worryingly dangerous and pointless driving unless roads bone dry 😆🤡😷

Ill come see ya next yr if thats orite. Could do with some 76mm boost pipes making and mocking to a giant single pass. Turbo intake making, with a option dose pipe for when im feeling anti social (mafs off) and same with back box silly pipe that i can slip on or off instead of backbox when i wana hear some noise 😆 I had 57mm boost pipe blow off turbo last week whilst giving a new focus st 2.3 eco wnk a really hard time , i thougjt it was done

imo the auto trans holds up great just change the oil in them every 90k-120k km. my auto just clocked over 500k Km still perfect. running a 268hp(V70 D5 2009)tune on the car these come stock with Garrett GTB2056VL

@emilgustafsson3907 nice 2056 is a fair old sized turbo for a 2.4 diesel! What kind of boost you running? As with all cars the horror stories usually relate mainly to the types of owners and there age and lack of proper maintenance.

@@yorkshireman7025 Im running around 1.8-2.0 bar so guess around 28PSI. yea maintenance is key. 30k km service interval imo is way to much. i change my oil 10-12k mostly and trans 90k. volvo says never to change it thats 100% BS oil gets bad overtime no matter what. thanks to that im still running original trans engine turbo aswell as HP fuel pump and injectors. and cambelts are easy on these engines now im on my 3rd :D takes around 40 min for me to do it

I had a D5 c30 recently and the shaking youre feeling is almost certainly one of the driveshafts, when you lower these the gearbox side of the driveshafts pulls out of the casing slightly and kills shafts very fast
