This was painful to watch while sitting out in 98° humid weather trying to assemble. Maybe try spending less time playing up to the camera or trying to be funny and more time explaining and having some written instructions instead of “ummmmmmmmm”. I’m having to watch 10 seconds at a time and replay endless times just to get the instructions without the extra stuff.
@BanjomuteАй бұрын
Why didn't they put numbers on the actual packet of hardware to correspond with the micro instructions....? I watched to find out where the lock washers were supposed to have gone. It is a great cart! And this was a great video! Thank you!

Fantastically informative video! Your explanation of each step was easy to understand, I just purchased mine and was wondering what washers went where. You also have a great sense of humor. Thanks so much for making this video, it really helped! It is videos like yours that make you tube great and social media worthwhile.

Thank you for the video help me a lot couple questions. The motor plate is on a slant. I hope that’s the way it’s supposed to be. The lower blade guide does not line up properly with the sawblade unless I mount it a little bit crooked. When mounted squarely, the back of the blade will passed by the face of the roller bearing. If you could answer my questions, it would be great thank you.

Might be too late now but theyre load resistor to fix your taillight hyperflashing. It hyperflashes because LEDs draw less power then a set of incandescent bulbs. When you have incandescent itll hyperflash due to a burnt bulb
@4rnorthwest4 ай бұрын
An excellent point! One not made in the video. But yes, we DID in fact install inline resistors to the LED noizemakers for the “over flash”. The scene you’re referring to is actually sped up which is easy to miss since we killed the lights in the scene. Hence the over flash in that scene. But hey good catch! And thank you for watching!

hey guys i have the same year toyota and thinking about doing the same thing but also have a one ton toyota thinking about putting them both together and making a short bed one ton my question is how much does it cost to powder coat your flatbed would like to do that too but dont know if i can afford it thanks for any info
@4rnorthwest4 ай бұрын
First of all, HELL YA! make em both flatbeds! The one ton, make it a hydraulic dump bed too! Hydraulic kits are inexpensive to do yourself relative to the cost of HAVING it done for you. Now to you actual question: powder coating IS cool and it IS durable. Is it necessary? Well, NO. Not really. You could absolutely spray or roll your own rust inhibitor paint coating for maybe $200 done right by you. At the time we did this project it was $300 to have it done. As you saw for yourself the results are worth every penny! At least they were. Now, after the pandemic inflation pricing have likely gone up 1.5 times! I run a steel yard and we handle the steel scrap from that company (they also build truck racks) so I know the boys there and can swing a deal. In fact, I’m working on another fab video building a F250 truck bed cage system for a friends landscaping business and will be using the powder coasters services yet again. So, if you do it yourself, there are great products out there and when it comes to paint you get what you pay for. That’s why powder coating is “expensive”. At my steel yard we sell a product called Zero Rust and our customers swear by it! A gallon also cost $115! Hope this helps and best of luck on your project. There’s more than one way to skin a cat and about 100 ways to fuck up a paint job!😂
