Really great tips! I wish I had heard them when I first started. I could have avoided so many mistakes! The first time I tried to crochet a scarf it kept getting wider and wider and i didn't know why! If I had been counting my stitches I could have avoided that. Thanks Leisha!

Looks lovely. But how do i make a button hole for button , to fasten the clutch?
@WithLoveLeisha16 күн бұрын
Thanks for asking. So excited to answer this for you! For this, you have a few options. 1 is to just use a small button and push the button through the stitches, rather than making a hole in a set place. 2. Wherever you want the hole to be, skip those stitches and crochet a chain 1 above them. Then continue as normal. 3. Make a button loop at the end of your flap. You can look up how to do that on KZbin. Basically, you crochet a small chain and attach it to the flap. 4. Use the snap on buttons rather than the ones you need a hole for. That's the easiest option because you sew or glue the snaps on. And then add a decorative piece in the same place on the outside of the clutch flap. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have more questions.💕

i use 6.5mm is okay???
@WithLoveLeisha28 күн бұрын
@vietnga8202 Yes, that's absolutely fine! You can use what looks good and feels good to you. The bigger the hook the bigger and looser the stitches will be so you'll see more gaps. The smaller the hook, the tighter the stitches will be, with less gaps. 🙂💕
