Well first of all, good job 👍 There is a blender add-on that is created for this purpose created by the community from freemocap, check their GitHub and or discord to get it, it automates the process by a few clicks.

A.I. is good for simple linear math, even in their recent public demo, they used linear math. But for anything else more complicated, I think they will be better of using even an Amiga :D

Hello @miauzure3960, hope you are well! Yeah your point of A.I. only copying or transforming information is quite legit, but isn't that most people's job anyway? How many people are really "innovating"/"inventing" ? Most people just do "paper shifting busy work", it is just "pretend busy work" that people justify as work, they "know" they can be replaced, and they have these few years. As A.I. is more able to do this "pretend busy work" and lying jobs like "marketing", more jobs will be removed leaving only the jobs where computers cannot do like real innovating/inventive jobs. In the meantime, people with low intellect are still popping babies like there is no tomorrow, where are all these three kids and 2 more along the way going to find their "busy work"? They are not all going to be scientist and inventors. The people with half a brain you could help them understand the difficulty ahead for their kids in a wage slave world, but it is the dumb ones that you cannot educate, they pop babies left, right and 3 more along the way with another accidental one as a side meal, and the kids will have to pay for their parent's mistake.

UBI will enslave us all. Do more research and do more thinking rather than just ask for free stuff.

​@@BracerJack 2~3 years max to get very good AI 3D models. I already see services that create usable ones. But there are more complex problems that AI may not be able to solve in the near future. Strange....try selecting the object in the right inspector view if all else fails. Good to meet an old time Blender user, 2.79b was the last legacy version with still the old renderer intact alongside with Blender:-)

@@BracerJack and I love that internal render tbh, it's like an old version of evee, anyways the problem was a option that is automatically check, it says something like "only for selection" and tried unchecking it, a console message told me something about dependencies, and then with that unchecked worked as it should (weird but first time using 2.8 just to use geometry nodes, I was doing a curvature map , I was trying on ZBrush but it was more easy in blender)

@@Nekotico 2.8? You mean Blender 4 🤣 I was using Blender 3.6 for a while under long term support download because I have add-ons that doesn't work on Blender 4. I finally moved to Blender 4 a few days ago but I have a feeling I will be moving back to older versions again cause I am modeling a character right now and I really need the draw x-ray plugin that allows better see through mode. Blender 4 have something similar with its retopology view but it just doesn't look right to me.

@@BracerJack noup, I'm for real sadly, u see, life happened and i can't afford at the moment a new pc so as far as I can go is 2.8....but talent is on the skills not on pretty shaders, in fact I do use 2.79b...2.8 it's laggy on viewport so it's pointless for me to use, just switched for a moment cuz I was literally tired of dealing with ZBrush trying to get a fast curvature map, so now I have it with 1 click on a custom material just for dat , worked good fortunately

After you have added subdivision, you click "apply" on the modifier in order to be able to move those newly created points. I saw your videos, I have always love magic, my favorite type of magic is levitation. It was Lance Burton's Magic Floating Bird Cage that mesmerized me when I was just a kid. Once I learnt about Steve Fearson and his levitation techniques, and Yigal Mesika's innovative combination of traditional + tech magic, I was back to being a kid again for a while ;p However to actually perform professionally like what you are doing takes so much courage! This is actually a VERY GOOD question. The issue here is, it is not cloning EVERYTHING as it is, the system restore selectively decide which files to backup, so you will never be able to get it back to how it really was this way, not going to happen. The second and truly terrible issue here is, the built-in system restore [which doesn't actually clone everything AS IT IS] is stored INSIDE your computer, not on an external system, if your computer were to be infected by a virus, do you trust that some "magical" part of your computer is miraculously not infected by the virus ?

@@geloscht100 You can definitely do it using a thumbdrive but please understand this: Cloning to a thumbdrive can be excruciatingly slow, so slow that you might even think something is wrong ! But cloning to an external SSD is done in mere minutes. So...choose your fate :D
