@@artfasil right. did you watch the video? that's kind of what he says here. but also that people back then wrongly claimed it was hallucinogenic with the green fairy and all that, and some of the old newspapers he shows have some wild claims too about other psychological effects.

@@AmblingwithSam Yes, grind it up with fennel & aniseed. Those flavours soften the bitterness of wormwood. It is very bitter alone. But very beneficial to the gallbladder and liver. Great herb!

First, apply oil on your hands or wear gloves while cooking so your hands will not get itchy. Add Tamarind pulp or vinegar in water and then boil the root in that. Once cooked, stir fry it. It's very commonly eaten in India. Lots of recipes. You can also buy it in Indian stores. It's called "soorun' in hindi. You will also find tamrind or its pulp in Indian grocery stores.

Oh Canada that looks cold! Thankfully Death by Freezing is less of a concern than dying from the Heat or Hunger. Dontcha know there are warmer places in Puerto Rico to make plant videos like this? 😂 Hilarious and happy content making, I learned so much from your free content I'm subscribed to seeing more videos. Please don't eat anything that can kill you, good content creators are in short supply.

Good to know, I don't eat any types I can't 100% identify... I stick to the freshly rained cow pastures and bring a mycologist friend who eats them first and I wait until the next day, if he isn't dead yet then I will try them. Grew up with a German Grandma mushroom harvesting in Michigan there are some delicious varieties too.

John Painter held Guinness book largest Mango and also held the record for largest Jack Fruit record for the USA. Excellent content I learn something new every time, great content keep it up, I have the wrong climbing figs eating other trees in my yard. Rather have these Ficus in Florida.
