All the negative comments about it being rural 😂 we are not natives but are raising our family here... we wanted our son to be raised in the country. Biggest reason we picked this spot and we looked all over the South until this one was a good fit for our family. We're worried about it turning into the city before he graduates (he's 2 right now). If ya'll don't like the South, the country, the quiet, don't move here. It's also very conservative. Not going to say negative things about people moving here considering we did... but don't move here and try to change it.

Citrus Springs is a Deeded Community. You have to get approval to build a house , fence etc.

Citrus springs is a deed restricted community yes. There is no HOA no HOA fees and no CDD. You have to pull permits to build a house anywhere. Can’t Willy nilly build houses.

Looks like you missed a mess. The hanging power lines, leaning poles, numerous trees all around the lines ( from your video) are all asking for power loss in the future. Glad to hear you all missed the storm but no way could this area handle a tropical storm much less a cat 1-3 Hurricane. Life long resident of Florida here. Be honest and answer.
@ryanfowlerFLАй бұрын
Thank you for your input. I appreciate your concern as a long-time Florida resident. However, I want to clarify that the neighborhood didn't experience any damage from the storm, and local infrastructure is regularly maintained to ensure safety. While it's true that any area could be vulnerable to extreme weather, this community handled the recent storm well and has the resilience to face future challenges. Thanks again for watching, and I hope this clears things up!

HOT AS HELL and BUGS everywhere 24/7 for about 9 months a year. Swamps filled with gators, snakes and all kinds of deadly crap. Just got hit with a massive hurricane. Rains constantly. There's no money there. Most of the people are fat, poor and stupid. College football is a religion. Nothing to do but sit around and eat.

We love your videos Ryan and watch them every week! Thank you for your transparency about these HOAs. We would never buy into ANY HOA, because we think that even those with much lower fees can give way to unaffordable fees down the road, especially with current hyperinflation seemingly worse every day!
