Been following your videos... seems pricing has gone up ... Houses with formica, carpet, bath fitter looking step in showers, no covered lanai, etc taking the place of homes that did offer these in the $255-$265K range.... same house now that offered the former is pushing in the upper limits of $200K

First house too much carpet. Bedrooms are acceptable balance should be tile. Walk in closets are a little small. Kitchen could be better. Could of made a better use of overall space. Believe house is overpriced.

HOAs aren’t always a bad thing in my opinion. If your neighbor started doing things that brought down your property value, you might want one in place.
