She has young children. Wait until she tries to find a parking spot in a the winter with a car full of children and groceries when the sidewalks have five inches of snow.

i know you are trying to make is more drama but really, what renovator tears down a wall without finding out if it is load bearing? Makes you look kind of stupid and everyone knows you are not.

What a beautiful home and yard! I don't know how old this is but the prices have sure soared since then. If they stayed put they have grown tremendous equity in the home. I hope they are still there.

I would have picked #3. It had everything and you really didn't need to do anything.

This gotta be an old video because of the prices

I didn't like the wallpaper and the kitchen tile backsplash. I liked the other things that they did to the house (porch, big bookcase, living area, etc). I'm not too sold on this one but if the client liked it, then it's all good.

This has to be from a few years ago. There's no way property prices are that low now. I live 65 miles south of Portland, OR and you can't get a 1,200sf home for the prices they're showing.

Quite a few years ago, especially since short sales were mentioned. I checked and indeed it aired in 2012, probably filmed in 2011.

Oh this realtor is a crook. I knew the roof needed replacing possibly down the road. Gurrrl it’s peeling and there is mold in that skylight….

Adorable couple - great personalities and they made the best choice in homes - and they were rewarded with a waterfall in their spectacular enclave of a backyard !!! Cheers to this video and to this meant for each other couple !!!

I love their house and style so much!!!! I have always loved Chelsea's sense of style since she was on Teen Mom 2 because back in the day (and still now) she is like me a millenial and y2k with Victoria Secret PINK and Leopard print. I do have a question for anyone on here... Is it hard to up keep a home that is black exterior?

wow wow wow... the two house owners know excactly what they want and both of them make so much sense... when he said he doesen t want 3 put 5 windows I thought he is absolutelly right. And when she said the tiles arent good for a backsplash but rather for a shower tile floor I thought she is also absolutelly right. These two houseowners can teach these HGTV homebuilders a couple ideas...What I also don t understand is why don t they put a window behind the toilette and a door infront. Makes no sense, since this is a custome made home. The kidrooms are smaller than a pantry. oh god no. they go nuts in the wintermonth.
