Need to unscrew it like a bolt and it will pop out. Keep puling for hour adjustment. Then push back and screw it back.

Only the movement (caliber) is made in Japan, a Hattori Caliber VD53 Quartz inside; Hattori is Seiko Instruments Inc (SII). The watch is assembled most likely in China.

Why isn't working the chronograph ?

It is working; in this watch the chronograph seconds is the bottom sub-dial located at 6 o'clock, look how it starts when side-top button is pressed and re-sets when the other button is pressed after 6 seconds. The chronograph minutes is the top-left sub-dial located at 9 o'clock. You can get it on sale now for US$54.90 from the Invicta Store on line; I tell you this so you can get it from them instead of OnTime, as they're the ones who should have answered your question and not a random person online : ) Cheers !

Yes. Always check for the serial number sa buckle ng relo. Check mo yang video closely, nasa correct place ang serial number din sa square part ng buckle. Un ang best palatandaan

I received the same watch but the box is different, I do not have the name of Mickael Kors on the bottom of the inner box nor the cushion of the display (rather a piece of hollow cardboard) do you think it is? true? It looks very much like this one
