Why isn't working the chronograph ?

It is working; in this watch the chronograph seconds is the bottom sub-dial located at 6 o'clock, look how it starts when side-top button is pressed and re-sets when the other button is pressed after 6 seconds. The chronograph minutes is the top-left sub-dial located at 9 o'clock. You can get it on sale now for US$54.90 from the Invicta Store on line; I tell you this so you can get it from them instead of OnTime, as they're the ones who should have answered your question and not a random person online : ) Cheers !

Need to unscrew it like a bolt and it will pop out. Keep puling for hour adjustment. Then push back and screw it back.

Only the movement (caliber) is made in Japan, a Hattori Caliber VD53 Quartz inside; Hattori is Seiko Instruments Inc (SII). The watch is assembled most likely in China.
