African spirituality is still alive in a culture dominated by religious doctrines .

I am a Grenadian. I think that there are a few errors in the lyrics. I believe there are times when the lead singer says "Dité fèy bwadenn BYEN cho, Dité lamou BYEN cho".

The elders weren't too keen on passing down the culture and knowledge. We still go to hospitals, with no understanding of herbs to heal the nation. I love big drums. I was introduced to it by my father, who was born in carriacou.

Ok many thanks. I m living in france and most of my friends are haitian, i listen mostly haitian music "kompa' and i feel i can understand easily creole from martinique, dominique , st lucie (im from guadeloupe) however haitian creole is still difficult for me to understand and speak despite my effort and proximitiy with haitians people. Anyway, maybe haitian people in france use to speak the southern creole of haiti😂 reason why im struggling a lot

Thank you for posting this video. The Grenadian French Creole on this video is similar to northern Haitian Creole. The Haitian Creole defers by regions. There are differences between northern, central and southern Haitian Creole. Below is a translation into northern Haitian Creole. Note there are different ways of saying those sentences in both Haitian and Grenadian French Creole. People from different islands, let's see your translations! Grenada French Creole vs North Haitian French Creole Mon ba konnen moun sa yé non (Grenada) Mwen pa konnen moun sa yo non (Haiti) Mon ba ka bay yé enchenn bagay (Grenada) Mwen pa ka bay yo okenn bagay (Haiti) Mon bati ni lajan pou sa (Grenada) Mwen pa gen lajan pou sa (Haiti) Yé b'oko pawé (Grenada) Yo poko paré (Haiti) Yé bako wivé (Grenada) Yo poko rivé (Haiti) Ki lè yé ka viyé (Grenada) Ki lè yo ka rivé (Haiti) Sa sa yé? ( Grenada) Sa sa yé? (Haiti) Konmen pou sa? (Grenada) Konbyen pou sa? (Haiti) Mété enmpe sik ladan'y (Grenada) Mété enpe sik ladan'y (Haiti) Sa ou ka di mon la? (Grenada) Sa ou di mwen la? / Ki sa ou di mwen la? (Haiti) Tout sa ki sla'w sé sla'w (Grenada) Tout sa ki pa'w se pa'w / Tout sa ki kin'aw se kin'aw (Haiti) Mon fini èvè'w (Grenada) Mwen fini avè'w (Haiti)

Very beautiful this video has to do a complete course of French creole grenadian and English criolo grenadian with translations in Galician, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian, in a complete playlist of basic, practical, intermediate, advanced and translator. It is important that these cultures remain alive and it will be very interesting and profound if the Grenadian Creole French assimilates the Occitan and Catalan language, then it will really be an unfluentic language in the world. Granada has a beautiful flag and culture that should expand around the world, the Creole English of Frost must assimilate the Krio, pichienglish their sister languages and the middellsprake that will be very influential around the world too, kisses in the hearts of Grenadines worldwide tendi and out of grenades, stay with God was worth hugs 🎸💎🍷🙂💋🍻😊😚❣️🤗❤️👍🌹💚🎹
