Forever my favorite skater and fan of Logic but man you gotta interview the guest without always taking the convo back to yourself and let him tell his story. Literally every story or circumstance Paul brought up had a to be connected to your own story or circumstance

After listening to the interview with Logic's father, I feel conflicted. The pain in Logic's voice is unmistakable, and it's clear that he felt the need to have this interview because he is still healing. It's natural to desire accountability from those who have hurt us, but it seems that Logic's father has caused a great deal of trauma. Reconnecting with his father and revisiting the past may only prolong the healing process. After the interview, it appears that he intends to offer financial assistance to his father, a gesture that I believe is unjust after messing up his credit. But Logic's decision to share his story is a testament to his intelligence and heart despite the difficult circumstances. Even though it's evident that he also needs to manage his father's emotions while providing comfort and reassuring him that this is a safe space during the interview, I can't help but feel that it's unfair for his father to believe still that Logic belongs to him or must sustain him. In these stories, children who grow up without their fathers often prove they are nothing like their fathers. However, they share certain similarities (good or bad) with their fathers, such as substance abuse or similar passions. Quite interesting.

Man I can’t believe this flew under my radar. Wounded kids turned into men would love a chance like this. Of course as a person who relates to his father figure choosing drugs and women over everything this is bittersweet interaction. This is generational thinking clashing at its finest. All the years this man Bobby had to hustle scrap and grind from nothing to something while he was alone in the family aspect, is the epitome of strength. He might be a little lost in how deep the cuts are but the emotions and memories that flood back over such a long time associated with a person comes back. You’re going to get lost in the moment. Yeah the bashing is harsh but it’s a double edged sword. Success breeds expectations which further distances you from trusting anyone especially people who suddenly find more value in love when they are successful is heartbreaking. I fully agree with Bobby he may have got his licks in that he festered over and got consumed by but that his right to get over this hurdle in his life and leave it in the past. How many times did these thoughts come into his head when he had nothing. Good on him

As a child who was a product of rape of a drug abusing discharged New Orleans cop. I can’t relate to a stranger and I never will. But Bobby otherwise known as logic is my top artist off pure relatability. It brings a tear to my eye since from the beginning to now, he fought against his fated narrative to be someone destined to fail.

Logic is a damn cry baby. Been tryna use his dad all his career for his music and to justify him being black but you can’t throw him a few dollars??? Joe Budden was always right about the white boy. And this is a convo they shoulda had in private. Logic was clout chasing like a mf. Even ya daddy don’t look black but I’m a leave that alone.

I didnt wrote one youtube comment the last years but now I made the decision: I have to write this comment about how nice you are as a son. And your dad can be very thankful for you. God bless you always! ❤️ Jonas

At 22 minutes 22:04 or so,in I had to pause the video and go hug my kids that just so happen to be with me right now because they live 50 miles away with my ex-wife and they stay with me during summer break. I grew up without my father and that’s why my divorce destroyed me. I was scared that my kids would grow up feel the exact same way I did and I felt like I failed as a father when my wife decided to leave me 5 years ago… I now know that they would never have to suffer like I did because I am in their life actively. Even though I can’t see them everyday I remind them that I’m just a phone call away. It still sucks but I agree with Bobby about how could anyone abandon something so beautiful mostly because I remember asking everyone and God where’s daddy at? It hurts to grow up like that and I would never want my children feel the way I or anyone similar had to endure! 🙏🏼 Thank you Mr. Logic just for being the person you are…. Btw P-Rod is and has always been my favorite/role model since I started skateboarding in 2000. He’s the hometown hero and I met him the first few months at my local skateshop that he rode for. Been a fan since 2014 thanks to Pandora 🙌🏼💪🏼🤙🏼

Bobby is no fool. He knows his Dad is still the same in a lot of ways, BUT he is trying. Bobby has grown so much that he is showing his Dad a kind of dignity that his father never knew. He is teaching his father how to love. My Dad left me when I was young too. Were in touch now and he still has all those flaws but I know he's trying. Many times, the children raise the parents. It may suck, yes..but we can handle it where they couldn't. I love how open and unapologetic he is towards his Dad
